SPÄNEX offers a wide range of innovative and economical technologies for the extraction of paint mist and for the supply of fresh air. The extraction systems for paint mist play a major role in the obtainable quality of the paint finish. For this reason, SPÄNEX attaches great importance to consultation, planning and the joint development of the optimum concept with each customer. Based on the local conditions, the parts spectrum, the parts throughput, the coating system in conjunction with the application technology, the overall system is planned. We also take into account the conditions of occupational safety and environmental protection. Of course, the available space is also considered, i.e. whether a combined coating and drying room is sufficient or whether separate coating and drying rooms are required.

With regard to energy efficiency, the greatest attention is paid to the electrical and thermal energy demand. The use of directly driven fans with efficiencies of more than 80 % combined with speed control via frequency converters minimises the power consumption. To reduce the heating load, the units for supply air are equipped with heat exchangers to recover thermal energy from the extract air.
