Economical system technology
For more than 60 years, SPÄNEX has been manufacturing and selling extraction systems and filter systems for craft and industrial businesses in various sectors. Priority is given to companies in the wood, plastics, paper and metal industries. The guiding principle of our company is to be able to offer our customers complete, efficient, reliable and high-quality system technology from a single source. One focus of SPÄNEX's extensive product range is the hydraulic briquetting presses manufactured in-house, with which the chips and dust produced and extracted during production processes are converted into briquettes that can be used as fuel or recyclate or enable more cost-effective disposal.
In addition to extraction systems for chips and dusts, paint mist extraction systems are also part of the SPÄNEX manufacturing and delivery programme. The product range extends from compact spraying walls to underfloor extraction systems for the highest demands on surface quality. Supply air systems with and without heat recovery as well as paint dust extraction systems complete the system technology equipment.
Another important component of the systems we supply are the electrical switch units. In accordance with our motto "All from one source", the switchgear cabinets with all control and regulation elements are also developed, programmed and manufactured in-house.

With a close-knit nationwide sales network and an eport department at the headquarter, we advise our customers, plan, project and produce the systems. With an experienced team of fitters and customer service technicians, we assemble the systems and carry out the commissioning and service work. Of course, we can also take care of the maintenance of the systems on request.
In Austria and Switzerland, SPÄNEX is represented by its sales partners for many years.
SPÄNEX is an active member of the VDMA, the German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Association, in Frankfurt.
