Filter systems

SPÄNEX's extensive filter programme is based on a modular system from which the modules of the different series are assembled. The modular system comprises several area rasters that are combined with different filter bags that are variable in diameter and length, so that the modules can be tailored precisely to each individual customer requirement.

Compact filter systems 

This filter series is a part of complete extraction systems for air volume ranges between 10,000 and 50,000 m³/h. With suction fans installed in the fan cells in the top of the filter units, these filter towers form complete and compact extraction centres that offer maximum performance with small space requirements.

Larg filter systems

The large filter system program consists of two series

  • Battery filters
    The battery filters are assembled from the modules of the compact filter program and are particularly interesting for extraction volume flows between 50,000 and 100,000 m³/h.

  • Line filters
    The line filters primarily offer the advantage of expandability, i.e. filter systems can grow in parallel with production extension and increasing extraction air volumes. The range of application usually starts at air volumes of 100,000 m³/h. Line filter systems for volume flows up to 200,000 m³/h are in use.
