Sanding dust extraction tables SAT

The sanding dust extraction tables SAT from SPÄNEX are designed for econimic working.

The extraction tables are characterised by a solid, stable construction. The working surfaces with a width of 1 metre and lengths of 1, 2 and 3 metres are covered with workpiece-protecting strips made of resistant industrial felt. The work surfaces are hydraulically height-adjustable by means of a hand crank (accessory), so that the optimum height for ergonomic working can be set according to the employee.

The extraction tables are optimised in terms of extraction technology, i.e. the parameters of air performance, dust collection, volume and power consumption have been varied to achieve the best result. The extraction tables are to be connected to a compact dust extractor or a stationary extraction system via an automatically opening and closing gate valve, so that the required extraction power is only used when sanding work is being carried out.

One, two or three hoppers are flange-mounted to the work surfaces and connected to a common extraction duct. The connection piece of the extraction duct can be arranged either on the left or on the right in order to meet the individual installation requirements of the customer..

The integrated control panel with lockable main switch contains two sockets (230 V) and two connection couplings for compressed air.

The extraction tables have been tested by the BGHM Employer's Liability Insurance Association (GS-HO-11) and have been awarded the BG test mark.
