Our aim is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. For this reason, an efficient service team and customer support team must be available and the supply of spare parts must be ensured, even in the event of a system malfunction. Experienced and competent contact persons take your calls and information and ensure the fastest possible response, if necessary, by deploying a fitter or customer service technician.
The relevant spare parts for all manufactured and distributed products are kept in stock in our parts warehouse so that we can provide our customers with new parts within a relatively short time after receipt of the orders. If necessary, our service team plans and schedules assembly and after-sales service work in parallel. Our customers particularly appreciate the availability of spare parts for filter systems, briquetting presses, warm air stoves, fans, etc., some of which are more than 30 years old.
For certain products, it makes sense to carry out necessary repairs at our factory. This includes, for example, the repair of fan impellers, as the concentricity of the repaired impellers must be checked.
When a general overhaul of briquetting presses is required, it is advantageous to carry it out in the factory, as the entire range of components is available and all measuring equipment is available for data recording during the subsequent test run.
