How we proceed 

We consult our customers comprehensively on site in all questions concerning our system technology. Our experts discuss with you all requirements, targets and wishes of your future SPÄNEX system.

After taking all relevant data on site we develop an appropriate engineering concept, focusing in particular on the aspects of customer requirements, functionality, energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, operational safety and service life.

Then our sales representatives or our sales partners present our solutions to you. We discuss the concepts and achieve a consent with you about the scope of supply. If necessary, adjustments are made step by step until the optimal concepts are found.

After your agreement we  project and plan the system, i.e. the exact technical data of the filter systems, the fans, the piping systems, etc. are determined and the piping routes are specified.

In the planning phase a CAD drawing is created so that all parties involved can get an idea of the future plant. Additionally we prepare a detailed offer and present it to you.
